Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please do not send your purchase back before first contacting [email protected] to coordinate your return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then you will be notified and the process of payment return will start. Refunds make take 2-4 weeks to be processed. If it has been longer than 4 weeks, please contact us at [email protected].

Exchanges

Please contact [email protected] before sending any merchandise back for exchange.

Exchanges for different sizes or items can not be guaranteed and are based on inventory available. Exchanged items will not be shipped or ready for pick up until merchandise being returned has been received.
